I am a middle-aged white male. I grew up in a middle-class white family in a white neighborhood in New Jersey. I attended a predominately white boarding school and college. I currently work in a predominately white boarding school.

JP’s Why: As a member of 16 Lyrics, I look forward to educating and being educated on how to be anti-racist. The type of opportunity to be part of a group of people who have one mission in mind and want to work together to achieve it does not come around very often.
