Nick Fournier

I’m a “Girl Dad” to 3 awesome young ladies who motivate me to keep grinding. Thankful to be married to my best friend and love of my life. I’ve been a mechanical contractor for 20 + years. Fortunate to be born and raised in the diverse city of Springfield, MA which helped awaken me to the glorious differences and similarities between races & cultures.

Nick’s Why: Currently living in a predominately white suburban town for over a decade, I’ve grown complacent. The assassinations of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery & Breonna Taylor in 2020 shook me to my core. It made me realize that I needed to stand-up to this tyranny and become an active ally in the anti-racism movement. I need to set an example for my daughters that racism is evil and we must help to educate and unify all people. Everybody love everybody.
